Q) Qualifications, experience etc. of Superintendent: – After coming into force of these rules, no person shall be appointed as Superintendent unless he: –

  2. has 5 years practical experience of below ground work in mines
  3. Holds a First-Class Manager’s Certificate of a type not restricted to open cast workings.
