Ergonomically Assessment of all latest machinery before their introduction into mining operation should be done as per ISO standard

Ergonomically assessment should include All of the above

Portability test of drinking water supply to the mine employees to be made Mandatory Once in a 1 Year irrespective of its source, preferably after rainy season, the sample of water should be collected from the points of consumption.

In addition to measurement of Blood pressure detailed Cardiovascular Assessment of employee should be done.

In addition to measurement of Blood pressure. This should be included 12 leads electrocardiogram & complete lipid profile.

Detailed Neurological Examinations including testing of All major superficial & deep reflexes & assessment of peripheral circulation to diagnose vibration syndromes

In addition to Routine Urine, Fasting & Post Prandial Blood Sugar should be included for early diagnosis of Diabetes mellitus

Serum Urea Creatinine should be included for assessment of Renal function.

Special Test should be included in the PME for employees exposed to Specific Health Hazard.

For employee exposed to Manganese Special Emphasis should be given to Behavioral & Neurological disturbance such a Speech Defect, Tremor, Impairment of Equilibrium, Adiadochokinesia H2S & Emotional changes.
